Lifestyle Support Guru here again! After yesterday’s revelations about dreams and your inner self, I can now help you further along the path to inner understanding and enlightenment by telling you that there is such a thing as DESTINY or FATE or GOD, whichever you prefer.
1. If there were no DESTINY, I wouldn’t have been allowed to go into M&S on Wednesday to buy a gift voucher for a friend and while in there spot a lovely, warm, blue knitted jacket, ideal for cold, crisp autumn days.
2. If there were no DESTINY I would have been allowed to buy it there and then but I was running late for lunch with another friend. (Yes, I have at least two friends!)
3. If there were no DESTINY I wouldn’t have received a ‘20% off’ email from M&S on Friday, valid until today.
4. If there were no DESTINY I wouldn’t have finished writing a quiz earlier than expected this morning and so have time to pop to M&S afterwards.
5. If there were no DESTINY there wouldn’t have been any of the jackets left in my size and they wouldn’t have been included in the ‘20% off’ offer.
DESTINY? Of course there is such a thing – I am now the proud owner of a lovely, warm, knitted blue jacket ideal for cold, crisp autumn days (and walks to the pub on cold, crisp autumn evenings).
